Wciągający, raz brejkowy, raz 2-stepujący bleep-tech house z 90sowym londyńskim odchyłem. Motoryczne numery zapełniające parkiet. Dla ciężko pracujących didżejów, aby noc trwała wiecznie.

Since debuting in 2017, Gene On Earth (real name Gene Arthur) has offered up a string of solid singles and a must-check debut album, "Local Fuzz". "The Juggler" is his first missive of 2020 and is every bit as good as its predecessors. Opener "Beluga Entree" is particularly potent, with blissful synthesizer lines and squelchy acid stabs jumping around atop bustling beats, funky bass and flash-fried guitar samples, while "Junior Goblet" is a skipping, scratch-happy fusion of cheery deep house motifs and U.S garage style grooves. Over on side B we're treated to two mixes of "Yo Banana Boy": a quietly funky bleep-house take (the spacey but bass-heavy "GT Mix") and the dreamy deep house/bleep/breaks fusion that is the "WMC Mix".
