Nagrany na Wyspach Kanaryjskich album rezydentów i live'actowców z berlińskich Club der Visionaire i Hoppetosse. „Deepowy” minimal house z psychodeliczno-rockowym zacięciem.
Triptease are a Berlin-based live act comprised of minimal house DJs Topper and Hugo, accompanied by Francesco and Jacopo. Their marathon live jams have been much talk of the town in recent times, a while back they took over the bottom deck of MS Hoppetosse accompanied by a jazz sextet for several hours - which set the core of their adventurous and improvisational approach. The group recorded their debut LP 'Mescaleros' at various locations including Tenerife under the Teide Volcano - the secret mountain of Guanche mythology. There's plenty of lean and hypnotic tackle on offer that's perfect for playing at long parties this summer: from understated and swing-fuelled microhouse grooves like "Bobby Peru" or "Tony Little Something", to disorienting/off-kilter affairs like "Pseudomartyrs" and some nice sunny deep house as heard on "Teide" - featuring No Regular Play's Greg Paulus on the trumpet.
