Florence is keeping up a good rate of release with a new drop just a month after the last. The enigmatic label and artist have a penchant for mixing big hooks with deep grooves, but this one opens with a subdued, heady underground sound on 'A Bassqueen.' There is a heavy stomp to 'Alive' that's countered with subtle, whimsical chords that drift in and out. 'Andar' is a gloopy, bubbly minimal roller with dry hits and a waft groove for zoning out the heads at 5am.
