Following the Polish label’s debut release from Piotr Klejment, the second EP comes from Michał Wolski – the man responsible for Minicromusic label, as well as last year’s amazing releases on Blank Slate.
Wolski provided Technosoul with two tracks. The titular one, ”Magma”, is a deep-driven, hypnotic dub techno beauty, with echoes of Porter Ricks or Deepchord. “Vector” is darker and more claustrophobic of the two, with subtle nods to Luke Slater (under his PAS moniker) and James Ruskin.
The label’s idea is to always feature remixes from renowned artists from all over the world – this time from Canada and Greece. Orphx turned “Magma” into a monster of a tune, which builds slowly, but when it finally explodes, no survivors are left behind. Fluxion’s take on “Magma” is his quality-as-usual dubby techno, with Jamaican vibes and huge dancefloor potential.
Vinyl comes with artwork from Artur “Chino” Oleś.
