The year 2025 finds Khruangbin back where it all began, in the weather-beaten Texas barn where they first defined their languid, borderless sound. A decade on, the trio revisit the songs that started it all, re-recording them as reflections rather than facsimiles of who they've become. Laura Lee, Mark Speer and DJ Johnson sound looser and more open, the interplay between bass, guitar and brushed drums alive with quiet intuition. 'White Gloves II' sways with newfound tenderness, while the elongated 'People Everywhere II' stretches into a communal rhythm, its warmth almost tactile. Played live, with no polish and no pretence, these are songs recast through memory: the barn itself humming with time and gratitude.
